As one of the earliest international subsidiaries of the Legion Corporation, Legion Properties Group is a property management firm, the subsidiary in charge of managing all of the Legion Corporation's properties worldwide. From its regional headquarters to the individual storefronts of their different subsidiaries, Legion Properties manages and maintains over 5000 properties internationally, through the various Legion subsidiaries.

On 22nd October, Legion Properties Group absorbed its longtime construction partner, Legion Constructions, into its subsidiary. This was part of a reshuffling ordered by the conglomerate parent, The Legion Corporation. Following the reshuffling, Legion Construction's President, Sir Ernest Newar, was transferred to LPG and serve as its new Corporate Director.

Legion Properties Group receives top-notch residential and corporate properties directly through the creative minds from Legion Constructions, thereby providing the best and most luxurious real estate found worldwide.

Legion Properties Group is led by a group of young and bright leaders who have the vision, passion and strength to undertake this pioneering subsidiary. At its helm is Ms MacPherson as its Group President, alongside is Sir Ernest Newar, formerly President of Legion Constructions, as corporate director. Together with her capable team of experts, they lead the Legion Properties Group into its bright future ahead.

Legion Constructions has been the first international subsidiary opened by the Legion Corporation, but recently has diminished in its operations due to overwhelming responses. Legion Constructions is still operational, although catering mostly to the needs of Legion Properties Group. So much so that it had been absorbed. Legion Constructions continues to wow the industry with its groundbreaking architecture and design, and hopes to continue in time to come.

No real estate firm can be complete without the help of architects and designers who create, design, and evaluate the various buildings that the firm chances upon. The Legion Constructions architect team, led by Mr Jimmy Chan, also serves on the research board of the Legion Properties Group to survey which real estate is worthy of purchases. In addition, the designers refurbish the interior to create a brand new space for re-sell.

We believe that architecture and design comes from emotion. That's why we hired a wide range of designers and architects who can adept to these different emotions. This has resulted in a barrage of colourful and creative builds that boost both luxury and style. By creating this unique signature, Legion Properties Group gains its reputable status through this never-ending palette of architectural flavors.
